How's the Albuquerque housing market as we roll into July 2019? There's good news for sellers and buyers. If you are thinking about selling, it's a great time to get your house on the market as prices rise steadily, but there are 29% fewer single family detached homes on the market compared to a year ago. It's still a great time to be a buyer because mortgage interest rates have  dipped in the last month so even as home prices ease upwards, buyers have wiggle room with lower interest rates.
