Most new homes are not in the MLS but I have access to information on almost all new construction home inventory in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas. There are many brand new homes ready to move into in 30-45 days in Albuquerque - the same time frame as purchasing a resale home. Sometimes it can happen even faster, especially if you are a cash buyer. Especially when resale home inventory is low, Its a good idea to see all of your options including new homes. I can advise you on new construction in your budget and desired area so you’ll know all of your options before buying.
