Buyers, after listening to what you want in a home (or investment) and what you are concerned about, I’ll coach you through the process starting with understanding and securing financing options, all the way through house inspections and getting you the keys in your hand. I am also certified New Home Co-Broker so I can explain the process of shopping for and buying a new construction home. Most new homes are not in the MLS but I have access to information on almost all new construction home inventory in the Albuquerque and Santa Fe areas. There are many brand new homes ready to move into in 30-45 days in Albuquerque - the same time frame as purchasing a resale home. Sometimes it can happen even faster, especially if you are a cash buyer. Especially when resale home inventory is low, Its a good idea to see all of your options including new homes. I can advise you on new construction in your budget and desired area so you’ll know all of your options before buying.
